HS Administrative Services Ltd have been appointed Administrators to both the Intelek Pension Scheme and Intelek Money Purchase Scheme. The defined benefit and defined contribution schemes have over £22M in assets and were previously administered by Multiplex.

Goddard Perry Consulting acquires KKW
Goddard Perry Consulting (GPC), a leading Employee Benefits Consultancy, today announced its
acquisition of KKW Pensions Management Ltd.
Steve Goddard, Managing Director of GPC, said: “KKW is a valuable addition to our group and brings
additional resources and weight to our proposition, especially in the actuarial arena.”

The acquisition of KKW continues GPC’s growth strategy after they acquired HS Administrative Services from Aegon in 2010.
